ABSTRACT

               Electrical energy has important benefits for human life. In everyday life, humans always need electrical energy as a support for human life today. The use of electrical energy itself is measured through a kWh meter. kWh stands for Kilo Watt Hour. kWh is a unit that states how much electrical power is used in one hour, with the amount of electrical power being Kilo Watts. 1 kWh means the use of electrical equipment with a power of 1000 Watt (1kW) in one hour. At the Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate Terminal has quite a lot of concessions, and each concession requires electrical energy to carry out activities for concession tenants. Every month, electricians monitor and record electricity usage by concession tenants. This activity is quite time consuming for the technician. Therefore, it is necessary to have a design that can help technicians monitor and record electricity usage (kWh) so that electrical power usage can be monitored via a PC.
