Rancangan Aplikasi Pembacaan Data Asterix Category 21 Berbasis Web Di Perum LPPNPI Cabang MATSC

Abstract

The All Purpose Structured Eurocontrol Surveillance Information Exchange (ASTERIX) is a standard for exchanging information or data for Air Traffic Service (ATS). ASTERIX is a standard format that can be expanded with a number of different categories, each of which relates to one particular type of information or data. Include information or target data from observation sensors such as Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS – B). Data which is sended from ADS – B is ASTERIX Category 21. The data must be analyzed first so that it becomes readable data.

Application of Reading data ASTERIX Category 21 is created using a programming language. This application analyzes the data automatically by converting hexadecimal numbers into binary and decimal numbers to get information about the data input or target aircraft. The data to be analyzed are some data items used Data Source Identification, Target Report Descriptor, Time of Day, Position in WGS – 84 Coordinates, Target Address, Geometric Altitude, and Figure of Merit.
