Peningkatan Efisiensi Jalur ATS Route W-31 Antara Banjarmasin-Semarang Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Lalu Lintas Penerbangan Di Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor

ATS Route W31 is a route that connects Syamsudin Noor Airport with Juanda Airport but its use is still inefficient because this route is widely used for other flights. The purpose of this research is to increase the efficiency of the ATS Route W-31 between Banjarmasin-Semarang, and overcome conflicts that often occur on Route W-31. The research method used is a research and development method with a qualitative approach and descriptive presentation. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature studies, and documentation studies. While the data processing technique uses data reduction, which is collected from several references and then analyzed based on applicable standards and regulations. Based on the data collected, it is known that the W-31 flight route is not fully efficient because this route is widely used for other flights, especially on Banjarmasin flights to Semarang or vice versa which do not have an ATS route that directly connects the two airports.

One of the courses learned from Air Traffic Control cadets is the APP-Procedural practical course. There are still many cadets who experience difficulties when practicing. Because in practice the APP-Procedural cadets cannot see with their eyes the position of the aircraft. so cadets have to imagine and predict more than when guiding planes in the Tower area where the plane is visible to the eye. There are many reasons for these obstacles where one of the main factors is cognitive ability. Cognitive factors play an important role in one's learning success, because most learning activities are always associated with difficulties in remembering and thinking. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research instrument uses a questionnaire to obtain data from cadets regarding cognitive abilities. And data on the ability of cadets to practice obtained from the APP-Procedural Exam scores. Based on the analysis of research data obtained from respondents it was concluded that cognitive abilities have an influence on the ability of APP-Procedural cadets to practice, this can be seen by the calculation results of y = 31.036 + 0.731x. In addition, from the results of the study it can also be seen that cognitive abilities have a very important relationship to the practical abilities of APP-Procedural cadets (product moment correlation r = 87.3%), where cognitive abilities have an influence of 83.6% on the practical abilities of APP cadets -procedural. It is known that an important factor supporting the improvement of the ability of air traffic control cadets in practice in the APP-Procedural lab is to improve each of their cognitive abilities.

Kajian Reporting Point Helikopter Untuk Keteraturan Lalu Lintas Di Wilayah Jambi Control Zone

This study aims to determine whether or not it is necessary to report helicopter points in the Jambi control zone area to expedite and maintain the regularity of traffic flow in the Jambi control zone area. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This study uses the observation method. The sample that will be included is a sample of helicopter flights that enter and leave the Jambi control zone area. In this study the authors used the observation method as a research instrument. The results of this study can be concluded that the need for a study of helicopter reporting points in the Jambi control zone area to expedite and maintain regular traffic flow in the Jambi control zone area.

Studi Rancangan VFR Corridor Approach Control Prosedure Di Sultan Thaha Jambi

This study aims to determine the problem of unavailability of VFR Corridor for VFR flights for ATC services at Perum LPPNPI Jambi Branch. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive presentation approach. Data collection techniques in the form of direct observation. While technical data analysis using comparative analysis and literature study. Based on the data collected, it is known that VFR flights do not yet have a definite route, which makes it difficult for an ATC to know the position of a VFR flight because there are no special routes and points for VFR aircraft and only reports position and navigation based on distance and radial from "JMB VOR ”. Therefore, making a VFR Corridor design is a solution to the problem.

Kajian Rute W-18 Dalam Mengurangi Konflik Penumpukan Lalu Lintas Penerbangan Pesawat

W-18 is the only ATS Route that is used by the Tarakan Approach, this study aims to conduct a study of the level of traffic density handled on that route, so that impacts and conflicts that can occur from this main route are obtained.

The research method used is descriptive descriptive by distributing questionnaires, observing and documenting the movement of inbound and outbound aircraft on the W-18 route.

Based on the data that has been collected, it is known that the Tarakan Approach serves quite heavy aircraft traffic which can cause a lot of traffic. In addition there are also other factors that can cause conflicts to occur such as the same Standard Instrument Departure (SID) and Standard Instrument Arrival (STAR) using the R188 which is located on the W-18 route.
