Waste tends to be able to cause ecological crises and trigger the development of diseases in humans. Therefore, waste needs to be recycled, especially inorganic waste. The current waste recycling process can be used as an aggregate replacement building material, and several tests have been carried out is green concrete. Experimentally, green concrete has been tested with results when replacing 5% fine aggregate has a percentage of concrete strength of 97.4% against normal concrete. Green concrete needs to be structurally analyzed before being tested in manufacturing simple-level buildings. The analysis process is carried out with the SAP 2000 V22 application as a simulator of structural behavior based on parameters related to green concrete. This analysis aims to evaluate the accuracy of reliability, and performance of the building structure. This study uses the LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) method to determine the load received by the structure by considering the resistance factor of the material used. The results of this study show that the three simulations of concrete data with compressive strengths of 17 Mpa, 19 Mpa, and 20 Mpa have no structural irregularities and are safe to use. However, using 19 Mpa and 20 Mpa structural concrete is still recommended. This is because the mechanical characteristics of concrete are not only determined by compressive strength, but there are other factors, such as flexural strength, shear strength, modulus of elasticity, and other physical properties.

Keywords: Green Concrete; LRFD; Inorganic Waste; SAP 2000 V22
Viktor Suryan, Virma Septiani, Evandri Paulus Silitonga, Putu Wisnu Ardia Chandra Copyright (c) 2023 Airman: Jurnal Teknik dan Keselamatan Transportasi https://jurnal.poltekbangmakassar.ac.id/index.php/poltekbang/article/view/417 Sun, 31 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0000 The design of the Padang Online Parking Stand Information System (POSTAND) in Air Traffic Services https://jurnal.poltekbangmakassar.ac.id/index.php/poltekbang/article/view/339
The inefficient management of the parking stand information system affects the smooth service of flight traffic at an airport. The cubicle control system is connected to a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a graphical user interface (GUI) based on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and uses the Vijeo Citect program. Com ethernet is used as data communication between PLC and SCADA. The working principle of this monitoring system is that the PLC receives commands sent by the technician via the computer, the cubicle conditions are described in graphical form in the form of a circuit to make it easier for users to operate. If the user presses the circuit to open, the PLC receives a logic command "High", then the PLC orders the cubicle to open, and vice versa, if the user presses the circuit to close, it means that the PLC receives a logic command "low", the PLC orders the cubicle to be closed. Because the command given comes from the user, a light indicator is used to ensure that the cubicle is in open/close condition. In the experiment, it was found that when the user presses the open button, the green light indicator will light up and when the close button is pressed, the red light indicator will light up and on the computer screen you will see the position of the circuit in open/close condition. One of the safety factors in aviation is the roughness of a runway. More aircraft operating, more rubber deposits on the runway. This causes the runway become slippery so the plane can skid because the brakes cannot work effectively. To avoid the risk of accidents that occur, it is necessary to check the roughness of the runway on a regular basis. There are several methods that can be used to check the roughness of the runway, in this journal we will discuss using a skiddometer.
Suse Lamtiar, Wahyu Dwi A, M. Changes in the concept of education affect teaching methods in higher education institutions, including the Makassar Flight Polytechnic, which operates under the Air Transportation Human Resources Development Center (PPSDMPU). Although the PPSDMPU oversees various educational units such as the Flight Polytechnics in Surabaya, Medan, Jayapura, Palembang, Curug, and others, differences in curriculum implementation occur within the PPSDMPU framework. This study employs the Research and Development (RnD) approach with the ADDIE model to develop teaching materials for the Aeronautical Telecommunication course. Data analysis from instructors and students at the Makassar and Curug Flight Polytechnics indicates differences in Semester Learning Plans (RPS) and teaching methods. Questionnaire results reveal that instructors employ diverse teaching methods, but not all provide materials through textbooks. Instructors generally rely on practical experience and relevant literature. These findings underscore the need for harmonizing teaching materials among Flight Polytechnics, as well as the importance of more structured and tailored teaching material guidelines. Therefore, the author develops a guidebook for the Aeronautical Telecommunication course, with the aim of enhancing consistency in learning and achieving desired educational objectives.
Julfansyah Margolang, Ahmad Sulaiman, Ida Umboro Wahyu Nur Wening Copyright (c) 2023 Airman: Jurnal Teknik dan Keselamatan Transportasi https://jurnal.poltekbangmakassar.ac.id/index.php/poltekbang/article/view/387 Sun, 31 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Kajian Release Time 25 Nautica Miles Runway 34 di Airnav Cabang Palangka Raya https://jurnal.poltekbangmakassar.ac.id/index.php/poltekbang/article/view/363
Tjilik Riwut Airport provides aviation traffic services, namely Aerodrome Control Tower (ADC) and Approach Control Procedure (APP). This airport is one of the connecting airports for the pioneer airports in the vicinity. In providing services, the primary approach used for Runway 34 is Instrument Landing System (ILS) and straight-in approach. During observations at Airnav Palangka Raya Branch, a problem was found that caused different opinions between ATC, namely that there needs to be a review of the separation standards available in the SOP due to adding a new apron. Based on Palangka Raya's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), it is stated that the departing aircraft can be allowed to enter the runway when the aircraft to be landed is at least 25 NM away from the RWY Threshold; however, the distance is calculated from the north apron, which is the old apron from Tjilik Riwut Airport to RWY 34, while currently, Tjilik Riwut Airport has added a new apron, namely the south apron, so it is necessary to review whether the distance of 25 NM can be used as a reference also to put the aircraft on the runway if the aircraft line up from the south apron. In carrying out observations, the author collected data on the movement of aircraft that will depart and land using runway 34. From the observations that have been made, a distance of 25 Nm is still feasible to be used as a standard for inserting aircraft into the runway. With the addition of an apron, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) must be reviewed. This study is expected to help Airnav Palangka Raya Branch determine separation standards to allow aircraft to enter the runway. With these separation standards, ATC can realize safe and effective traffic services.

Inda Tri Pasa, Liber Tommy Hutabarat, Rizny Restiana, Deby Ramadhini Fadril Copyright (c) 2023 Airman: Jurnal Teknik dan Keselamatan Transportasi https://jurnal.poltekbangmakassar.ac.id/index.php/poltekbang/article/view/363 Sun, 31 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Rancang Bangun Building Automation System Mesin Pendingin Ruangan dan Penerangan Terminal Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung https://jurnal.poltekbangmakassar.ac.id/index.php/poltekbang/article/view/368
In accordance with Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 36 of 2021 concerning Service Standardization For Airport Service Users. Symptoms associated with musculoskeletal discomfort may manifest in several anatomical structures, such as joints, nerves, muscles, and spine, as a result of performing tasks that deviate from natural ergonomic principles. A correlation has been observed between the level of work intensity performed by an individual and the likelihood of facing musculoskeletal problems. This research aims to determine the relationship between age, length of service, and musculoskeletal problems in ground handling operators at Batam International Airport. This research uses a descriptive-analytical research approach using a cross-sectional research design. This investigation included a group of 24 people, where the REBA measurement methodology was used to assess related factors. The collected data underwent univariate and bivariate analysis, with particular emphasis on the use of the chi-square test. The bivariate test produced statistically significant results for age (p=0.002), years of service (p=0.019), and years of service (p=0.038). The findings of this research show that there is an important correlation between age, length of service, and length of time with the occurrence of musculoskeletal problems among ground handling operators at Batam International Airport.
