Security Camera for Trainers Building Automation System based on Internet of Things (IoT) is a security system in a room that uses ESP32 CAM as a camera and PIR sensor which functions to detect motion. The problem formulation in this research focuses on how to design, how to do feasibility tests, and how to integrate usefully as a learning medium for practical tools in the form of an Automation System Trainer at the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic. The aim of this trainer research is so that cadets can understand how integrated equipment works and how it can be integrated into the Trainer Building Automation System at the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic. The method used in this research is R&D (research and development) with a waterfall type of research, by conducting research design, designing tools, providing tool components and carrying out testing after the entire system is built. The tool was then tested for suitability using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to 2 experts in their fields at the integration and testing stage to ensure the suitability of the tool. The results of this research show that the system works according to the desired design and can be integrated with other devices so that an automation system is formed in the building, where when the PIR sensor detects movement, the ESP32 CAM will take an image and send a message to the Telegram website.
