Abstract

In accordance with Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 36 of 2021 concerning Service Standardization For Airport Service Users. As the manager of the Tunggul Wulung airport, the UPT Directorate General of Civil Aviation has to optimize airport facility services, as well as improve flight security and safety. The operational activities of mechanical and electrical equipment at the Tungul Wulung Airport Terminal include lighting, generators, air conditioners (AC), elevators, conveyors, and water pumps. The operation of the equipment is a form of facility service. The lack of electrician personnel, manual control of equipment, and the absence of monitoring of equipment use can result in the ineffectiveness of technician work, and waste of electrical energy and can make equipment work not optimal. To be able to solve these problems can be assisted by designing a Building Automation System (BAS). The controller used is the Mega V2 Slim PLC. This system can help monitor and control mechanical and electrical equipment so that it can work optimally, monitored, coordinated, and efficiently.
